Our Support Methodology
O2b Technologies is an expert in providing various services for ODOO which includes Support, Training, Migration, Offshore and Implementation. So, we have a wide range of lucrative offers to include all of them in our Support Package. In a normal scenario, support is different from Offshore, but we have come up with a great initiative that includes all services in support packages! We are also based in Montana for onshore Odoo support.
We provide ODOO Support Packs. This is the best option for customers who are in need of some customization and are interested in paying for just a few hours of customization instead of going for the entire project cost.
Remote Control and Support
This option is available to save fees pertaining to ONSITE VISITS. Many operations for the undersigned company can be performed remotely (as opposed to onsite at a client’s physical location) via the internet and Remote server access, via VPN or remote client application. The minimum remote support charge is 2 hours. The undersigned company or organization is required to provide a remote control software as described above.
Hours of Operation
Our Support Department operating hours are available 24X7. Queries by Text message, voice calls or emails may be placed to our Technical Desk.
Time or Volume of Support
On the basis of the average requirement of support, this kind of support is provided with the agreement and appropriate price structure We expect that during the first 2 to 4 weeks of use, the volume and length of support queries will be much greater than that in the following weeks and months. We reserve the right to reduce or increase the rates of this agreement for subsequent agreements.
Assigning Designated Contact(s)
At the time of signing the contract, the person should mention or state the name of the person(s) who will be the designated contact during signing the agreement. The designated contact within the undersigned company or organization may be changed if necessary.
Sometimes it may be possible that your query will not be resolved instantly because some queries take time to resolve.Some queries require testing and/or assistance from our programming department to resolve. We will keep the designated contact person updated as to the status of the open queries if the problem cannot be resolved while on the text chat or voice with the technician. All open queries will be worked on by us with the mentioned time frame commitment as on date.
