The chance on a successful implementation increases when the business processes thoroughly are defined. Successful Steps followed by us for Odoo ERP Implementation:

Documentation: we will start a possible collaboration with stocktaking and the making of Project initiate Document (PID). This PID contains the detailed plan of the scope, the configuration, the planning, and the budgeting. This document serves as a document for possible implementation.

Customization: Before developing customized wishes we will watch together with you what the consequences are, what alternatives there are, and what it will add. Preferences will be the standard unless it adds more value otherwise.

During the customization, we also include end-users at the primary stage. We describe the processes, demands, and wishes in a functional design. During the development, We will test this continuous, together with the users.

 Training: The form of the training is customized at your specific needs. Our experience learns us that “training on the job” gives the best results. In that case, we will help employees with their daily work or in a specific project. In other cases, it can be more efficient to train a group of employees at the same time, where we especially look at using Odoo, tips, and tricks, etc. This combined with examples and exercises about daily practice.

Go-Live: Make a better plan and execute it carefully. Going live must be performed under expert's supervision. We will get a good insight into the steps and risks of the live-going. After an accepting-test, we will plan and execute the live-going based on the plans.

The first weeks after going live are critical. Before the final delivery of the project, there could be bugs that need to be fixed. Users will accept these if they are solved quickly.

After Live support: After a few weeks, it is good to evaluate. Where do processes run correctly and as expected where can we optimize these or run smoother in Odoo? Also in functionality little improvements can lead to better user-friendliness and users can enjoy it for years.
