Our client, a mid-sized distribution company using Odoo ERP, faced many challenges with their existing batch transfer process, which also involved multiple manual steps, redundant validation and high chances of all kinds of human error.
To address these kinds of challenges, we also redesigned their kind of order management and batch transfer flow to simplify operations, improving accuracy and enhancing overall productivity.

Batch out
Once a pick is validated, the system performs a batch out with just one click, speeding up the shipping process and reducing manual handling time.
Smart packaging rules
Packages are assigned automatically based on predefined rules such as weight, product category or destination, optimising packaging efficiency and reducing material waste.
Integrated label & packing slip printing for batch
Label and packing slips are printed directly within the same system with no switching between different software or even modules, ensuring a seamless kind of operation and saving valuable time.
